Damp Control

Structural dampness is the presence of unwanted moisture in the structure of a building, either the result of water ingress from the outside or condensation from within the structure. A high proportion of damp problems in buildings are caused by rising damp, penetrating damp or condensation.

Damp control fits into 3 main categories:

  1. Rising Damp
  2. Penetrating Damp
  3. Condensation
